	The U S Title Order Request form is very easy to use. The order items are split up into sections. Each section or "page" of the order form contains fields where you can enter information. You can jump to a specific page, or proceed through the pages in order. Below are the different symbols that you will find on the order form and what they represent.
	Help Icon	The Help Icon will take you to the page you are now viewing
	Menu Buttons	Located across the top of your screen, the menu buttons will allow you to jump to any section of the form you would like.
	Previous Page	Found on each page, the previous page button jumps you to the previous page in the form.
	Next Page	The Next Page button will take you to the next page in line where you can enter more information.
	Required Field	Any field where this icon is located (to the left) is required. You will NOT be able to send the order without providing us with the required information.
	Open SubSection	Click the + (plus) sign to expand the form. Expanding the field will display available fields.
	Close SubSection	Click the - (minus) sign to close the sub-section. Closing the sub-section will "hide" the values that you entered.
		When all fields have been successfully entered, you can send the order.
	Close Help Menu
